There is no doubt that Hungarian geniuses are present in the world – in music, the arts and science alike. We Hungarians are rightly proud that our small nation has played, and is playing, a prominent role in the world’s scientific development. Who has not heard of the ballpoint pen, Rubik’s cube, the dynamo or vitamin C? But there are also lesser-known, but nevertheless highly significant inventions conceived by our compatriots who made their outstanding scientific achievements either in Hungary or abroad. The memory game introduces players to 40 inventors and their inventions, and the booklet helps the everyday person to understand the scientific and historical background of each invention.
